KELLY A. WHEELER

      Kelly A. Wheeler is counsel for FGP Law.  Ms. Wheeler is a tax, immigration and estate planning attorney, practicing in Roswell and Alpharetta, Georgia.  She is also a certified mediator, having significant experience helping parties resolve issues amicably outside of the court system.
     Before joining the firm, Ms. Wheeler worked as a staff attorney for her local county court and clerked in the office of the county prosecutor.  As counsel with FGP law, Kelly Wheeler has honed her skills in the areas of immigration, estate planning and tax.  All of Ms. Wheeler's estate planning projects are handled with a tax planning approach to minimize estate and inheritance taxes.  Ms. Wheeler's approachable style and experience as a mediator allows her to seamlessly assist clients through the immigration process.

     In addition to practicing in the North Atlanta area, Ms. Wheeler also serves clients in the Lexington, Kentucky and Cincinnati, Ohio areas.
